Plain-English summary. When you buy a tool or use villexco.com, you agree to these terms. You get a single-business license to use the tool. You can't resell or redistribute it. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. We're a Florida LLC; disputes are resolved under Florida law.
1. Who we are
villexco.com is operated by Villex Entreprises LLC d/b/a Villex Co ("we," "us," "our"), a single-member Florida limited liability company. Owner: Alix Villedrouin. Mailing address: 13520 SW 152nd St #770006, Miami, FL 33177-9998. Contact: hello@villexco.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from villexco.com.
3. Purchases happen on Etsy or Gumroad
villexco.com is a catalog. It does not sell products or process payments directly. You complete your purchase on our Etsy shop or, where offered, our Gumroad store. The marketplace where you check out (Etsy or Gumroad) is the seller and merchant of record: it processes payment, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and governs checkout and order management. Prices shown on villexco.com are in U.S. dollars and indicative; the price, availability, and terms that govern your purchase are those shown on the marketplace listing at checkout. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.
4. License grant
Each tool is licensed under the Villex Co single-business license: use it in one business for as long as you want, modify it for your own use, but do not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or include it in a paid offering. See the License Agreement for the full terms.
5. Refunds
Because the marketplace (Etsy or Gumroad) is the merchant of record, refunds, duplicate-charge corrections, and chargebacks follow that marketplace's policy. In addition to your marketplace rights, we will replace files affected by a delivery or integrity issue if reported within 7 days. See the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Villex Co tools to harass, defraud, infringe a third party, or operate outside applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
Villex Co tools are organizational tools, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or lending advice. For educational purposes only. Results will vary. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Intuit, Make, or any platform our tools reference.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Villex Entreprises LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a tool or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the tool in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Villex Entreprises LLC (d/b/a Villex Co), its owner, and its representatives from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of a tool or this site, your violation of these Terms or the single-business license, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
10. Intellectual property and copyright (DMCA)
Villex Co tools, brand assets, and site content are owned by Villex Entreprises LLC and protected by intellectual-property law; they may not be copied, resold, or redistributed except as the single-business license allows. We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. 11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
