Plain-English summary. When you buy a Villex Co tool, you get a single-business license. Use it in one business for as long as you want. Modify it for your own use. Don't resell it, give it away, or put it in a paid offering.
1. Grant of license
Villex Entreprises LLC d/b/a Villex Co grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased tool within a single business that you own or operate.
2. Permitted use
- Use the tool in one business, including by your employees and contractors working on that business.
- Modify the tool for your own use (rename fields, edit copy, change colors).
- Print, store, and back up the files as needed for that one business.
3. Prohibited use
- No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the tool or any meaningful portion.
- No inclusion of the tool in any paid course, membership, or product you sell.
- No transferring the license to another business or person.
- No public-domain or open-source release of the tool.
4. Ownership
Villex Entreprises LLC retains all copyright and ownership in the tools. The license grants use, not ownership.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach the prohibited-use clauses. Upon termination you must destroy all copies in your possession.
6. Warranty disclaimer
Tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. They are organizational tools, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or lending advice. Results will vary.
7. Limitation of liability
Total liability under this license is limited to the amount you paid for the tool.
