Refund Policy

Plain-English summary. You buy Villex Co tools on Etsy (or, where offered, Gumroad), those marketplaces are the merchant of record and their refund policy governs your purchase. As digital downloads, tools are generally non-refundable once delivered. In addition to your marketplace rights, if a file is corrupted, missing, or doesn't match the listing, we will replace it within 7 days, at no charge.
1. Marketplace is the merchant of record
villexco.com does not sell products or process payments directly. Your purchase completes on Etsy or Gumroad, and those marketplaces are the seller and merchant of record. Refunds, duplicate-charge corrections, and chargebacks are handled under the refund policy of the marketplace where you bought the tool. As instant digital downloads, tools are generally non-refundable once delivered, the standard practice for digital goods, disclosed on every listing before purchase.
2. Delivery-integrity replacements (7 days)
In addition to your marketplace rights, if within 7 days of purchase you receive a file that is corrupted, missing pages, or materially different from what was listed, email hello@villexco.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will replace the file at no charge.
3. Duplicate purchase
If you accidentally bought the same tool twice, request the duplicate refund through the marketplace where you purchased (Etsy or Gumroad). You can also contact us at hello@villexco.com within 7 days with both order numbers and we will help resolve it with the marketplace.
4. EU/EEA consumers
For EU/EEA consumers, you expressly consent to immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) upon download.
5. Chargebacks
Because the marketplace is the merchant of record, chargebacks are handled through Etsy or Gumroad and your card issuer. If your concern is a delivery or file-integrity issue, email hello@villexco.com first, we resolve most such issues within 48 hours.
